I'm grateful to have met my Chen Taiji Shifu @shiatsu.healthcare 4 years ago, who I consider as a great teacher, mentor and friend. He taught me the proper body alignments with basic principles from Chinese Medicine which improved my overall health as well previous martial arts background, the empty hand and weapon forms of Chen Taiji with their applications, Qigong and pushing hands, Daoist breathing and meditation methods with their internal concepts☯️🙏
