💥I had a blast giving a lecture on "The Hero Within" chapter from my newest book "Back To The Roots" on Saturday to give people an idea of my book at @mindbodyspiritcyprus°I'm grateful that majority of the audience were women because the warrior and hero archetypes are usually associated with men but I showcased to the participants that women can walk the warrior's path and be heroines in their lives as well♀️°Most of them understood that even exercising or taking yoga classes makes them walk this path already and my message resonated with them. As a result, passing through my table to have more insightful discussions and get the book📙°Special thanks to my Shifu @lindsey12wei for the "Washing the red dust" symbolism (picture 6). It added depth to the martial virtues and cultivation of inner qualities I wanted to elaborate on🔴°Lastly, many people wanted to attend the lecture but couldn't make it.
